Turkish administration is not hostile so much as physical. The system assumes you are in the country, that you can take a Tuesday morning off, that you have the right document already stamped by the office you have not been to yet, and that you speak Turkish at the counter. From another country, any one of those assumptions can cost you a month.
We are the person who takes the Tuesday morning. Our operators know which counter, which order, which document gets rejected for a missing photocopy, and how to be politely persistent when the answer is "come back tomorrow". The queue is not glamorous work, and that is precisely why it is worth paying somebody to stand in it.
Be clear on the limit: we run the errand, we do not give the advice. We are not lawyers or immigration consultants and we will not tell you whether your application will succeed. Can you submit my residence permit application for me?
We can prepare the file, book the appointment, translate and courier documents, and accompany you on the day. The application itself is yours — the Göç İdaresi requires the applicant, and we would be lying if we told you otherwise.
Can you collect a document on my behalf?
Many offices will release a document to a third party holding a notarised vekaletname (power of attorney). Some will not release it to anyone but you. We check which case applies before you pay for anything.
Do you give legal advice?
No. We are not lawyers. When a task genuinely needs one, we say so and stop — and we do not take a referral fee for saying it.
