Frequently asked questions
Costs, timing, trust and paperwork — answered plainly.
How much does a task cost?
It depends on the task, the city and how many visits it needs — so we quote each one individually. Send us the brief and you get one fixed, all-in number back before anyone moves. You approve it first, and there is no hourly billing afterwards.
How fast can you get someone there?
Standard turnaround in Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir is 24–72 hours. Urgent same-day visits are possible for a rush fee, subject to operator availability.
Do you work outside Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir?
Yes. Those three cities have permanent operators, so they are fastest and cheapest. Anywhere else in Turkey is handled on request, with travel time reflected in the quote.
How do I know the person is trustworthy?
Every operator is ID-verified against their Turkish identity card, reference-checked, and signs an NDA before taking a task. You get their name and photo before they attend.
What proof do I get that the work was done?
Timestamped photos, video walkthroughs where relevant, and a written report — delivered on WhatsApp or by email the same day the task is completed.
When do I pay?
Funds are held in escrow when you approve the quote and released only once you confirm the task is done to spec. If we cannot complete it, you are refunded.
Can you sign documents on my behalf?
Only with a valid power of attorney (vekaletname) issued by a Turkish notary or consulate. We can walk you through how to obtain one, but we never sign anything without proper legal authority.
Can you pay my Turkish bills and taxes for me?
Partly. Paying a tax or signing a document in your name requires a notarised power of attorney (vekaletname) — nobody can shortcut that, and we will not pretend otherwise. Without one we can still pay in cash against receipts, chase the DASK renewal and the May and November emlak vergisi deadlines, and keep a clean file of everything paid. We will also walk you through obtaining a vekaletname if you want the fuller arrangement.
Do you take commission from clinics, agents or contractors?
No. We are paid by you and only by you. We do not accept referral fees, and we do not recommend a clinic, an estate agent or a contractor as "our partner" — because the moment we did, our report would be worth nothing to you.
Which languages do you work in?
English and Turkish, end to end. Your brief, our updates and the final report are in English; everything spoken at the counter is in Turkish.
