Buying, selling, registering or servicing a car in Turkey? We inspect it, file the paperwork, and deal with the mechanic and the insurer.

A used car in Turkey can look immaculate and still have been rebuilt from two halves. The paperwork side is no gentler: registration, muayene, insurance and the transfer itself each have their own office, their own queue and their own document that must come from the previous office.

We handle both halves. An inspection before you buy, at a workshop we do not own and do not get paid by. Then the paperwork afterwards, in the right order, so the car ends up genuinely in your name rather than nearly in your name.

The same applies to a car you already own and cannot get to. Muayene falls due, insurance lapses, the car needs to be moved or sold, and none of it can happen from abroad without somebody physically holding the keys.

## What's included

- **Pre-purchase vehicle inspections & reports** — Taken to an independent workshop we take no fee from: paint depth, underbody, accident history, and whether the car is one car or two welded together.
- **Taşıt kaydı (registration) paperwork & visits** — Registration, plate and transfer paperwork run through the right offices in the right order, with copies of everything sent to you.
- **Mechanic coordination & warranty checks** — Servicing and warranty work booked, the car delivered and collected, the invoice checked, and the work photographed before you pay it.
- **Insurance & annual inspection (muayene) arrangement** — Insurance quotes gathered and the annual muayene booked, attended and passed — before the deadline rather than after the fine.
- **Sale documentation & transfer assistance** — The car prepared, photographed, listed, shown to buyers, and the transfer completed with the money confirmed before the keys move.
- **Import/export logistics support** — Physical side of an import or export handled — the visits, the documents, the vehicle itself — alongside your customs broker.

## Who this is for

- **Buyers of used cars** — A private seller or a gallery has a car you like and photographs that tell you nothing.
- **Owners abroad** — Your car sits in Turkey while insurance and muayene deadlines pass without you.
- **Sellers** — You need the car prepared, listed, shown and transferred while you are in another country.

## How the job runs

1. **Send the listing or the plate** — What you are buying, selling or maintaining, and where the car physically is.
2. **Inspection first, paperwork second** — We take the car to an independent workshop — never one that pays us — before any money moves.
3. **We run the offices** — Registration, muayene, insurance, transfer. In the right sequence, with the right documents.
4. **Keys and file handed over** — The car, the documents and a complete photographic record of its condition on the day.

## What you receive

- An independent workshop inspection report, plus our own photographs
- Underbody, paint-depth and accident-history findings, written plainly
- Registration, muayene and insurance completed and evidenced
- Transfer documents filed correctly, with copies sent to you
- A dated photo record of the car's condition at handover

## Questions about vehicle management & support

**Do you use your own mechanic?**

We use an independent workshop and we take no fee from them. A mechanic who is paid by the person selling you the car is not an inspection, it is a sales aid.

**Can you buy a car in my name while I am abroad?**

Only with a notarised vekaletname covering vehicle transactions. Without one, we can inspect, negotiate and prepare everything — but the signature has to be yours or your lawyer's.

**Can you handle an import or an export?**

We coordinate with customs brokers and handle the physical side — the visits, the documents, the vehicle itself. The customs declaration is the broker's job, and we will tell you when you need one.
