## What we check

- **Scheduled site visits at milestones you choose** — You choose the milestones — first fix, plaster, tiling, handover — and we turn up at each one, announced or otherwise.
- **Photo evidence of what was done since the last visit** — A photo set per visit showing precisely what has changed since the last one, which is often the fastest way to find out that nothing has.
- **Materials on site checked against the ones you paid for** — Materials on site compared against the ones on your invoice, because the tile you paid for and the tile being laid are not always the same tile.
- **Progress against the promised date, honestly reported** — A realistic completion date taken from the people doing the work, not from the person asking you for the next payment.
- **Snag list at handover, and a re-check afterwards** — A written snag list at handover, and a return visit to confirm the snags were actually fixed rather than just acknowledged.
- **Payment released only when the stage is genuinely finished** — Our report gives you a reason to hold a stage payment — the only leverage that has ever made a renovation finish on time.
