Turkish paperwork rewards patience and presence — two things that are hard from another country. We stand in the queue so you don't have to fly in.

Turkish administration is not hostile so much as physical. The system assumes you are in the country, that you can take a Tuesday morning off, that you have the right document already stamped by the office you have not been to yet, and that you speak Turkish at the counter. From another country, any one of those assumptions can cost you a month.

We are the person who takes the Tuesday morning. Our operators know which counter, which order, which document gets rejected for a missing photocopy, and how to be politely persistent when the answer is "come back tomorrow". The queue is not glamorous work, and that is precisely why it is worth paying somebody to stand in it.

Be clear on the limit: we run the errand, we do not give the advice. We are not lawyers or immigration consultants and we will not tell you whether your application will succeed. What we will do is get the right paperwork to the right desk on the right day, and tell you exactly what was said across the counter.

## What's included

- **Residence permit (ikamet) appointment support** — We check today's document list before you pay for anything, book the appointment, prepare the file, and go with you to the Göç İdaresi on the day.
- **Noter (notary) & sworn-translation runs** — Sworn translation arranged, notary appointment booked, documents walked between the two, and the stamped original couriered to you with tracking.
- **Tax office & e-Devlet inquiries** — Vergi numarası applications, e-Devlet password collection, tax-office queries and outstanding-debt checks — done at the counter, not on hold.
- **Muhtar & municipal document collection** — Ikametgah, birth and marriage records, and municipal certificates collected in person from the one building in the one city that holds them.
- **Physical signature & document delivery** — When an office insists on a wet signature or a physical envelope, we carry it, hand it over, and photograph the receipt.
- **Utility, subscription & account set-up** — Electricity, water, gas and internet opened or transferred into your name — including the deposit, the meter number and the first bill.

## Who this is for

- **Expats mid-application** — Your ikamet file keeps bouncing over a document you cannot obtain from abroad.
- **Diaspora with Turkish affairs** — A muhtar certificate, a tax office query or a land registry record that only exists on paper, in one building, in one city.
- **Anyone needing a signature** — A notary wants a wet signature and a sworn translation, and the courier keeps returning the envelope.

## How the job runs

1. **Tell us the errand** — Which office, which document, and what has gone wrong so far. Photographs of any rejection notice help enormously.
2. **We check the requirement first** — Before anyone queues, we confirm what the office actually wants today — requirements change quietly and often.
3. **We attend** — Operator goes, queues, submits, collects. If the clerk asks for something unexpected, you hear from us from the corridor.
4. **Document delivered** — Scanned and sent immediately; the original couriered or held for your arrival, whichever you prefer.

## What you receive

- The document itself, scanned the moment it is in hand
- A written note of exactly what was said at the counter, in English
- Photographs of any receipt, reference number or appointment slip
- A clear statement of what remains outstanding and who has to do it
- The original held securely, or couriered to you with tracking

## Questions about bureaucracy & legal

**Can you submit my residence permit application for me?**

We can prepare the file, book the appointment, translate and courier documents, and accompany you on the day. The application itself is yours — the Göç İdaresi requires the applicant, and we would be lying if we told you otherwise.

**Can you collect a document on my behalf?**

Many offices will release a document to a third party holding a notarised vekaletname (power of attorney). Some will not release it to anyone but you. We check which case applies before you pay for anything.

**Do you give legal advice?**

No. We are not lawyers. When a task genuinely needs one, we say so and stop — and we do not take a referral fee for saying it.
