Every delay is "next week" until somebody walks in and looks. A mid-production visit turns a promise into a photograph.

## What we check

- **Is your order on the line, or has it not started?** — The first and only question that matters: is your order physically on the line, or has it not been started?
- **Quantity built so far versus quantity promised** — How many units exist so far, counted, against how many were promised by this date.
- **Visible workmanship and finish spot-check** — A spot-check of workmanship and finish on the units already made, so a systematic fault is caught at unit 200 and not at unit 5,000.
- **Realistic completion date from the shop floor, not the sales desk** — A completion date obtained from the shop floor rather than the sales desk, which are frequently two different dates.
- **Repeat visits on a schedule you set** — Repeat visits on a schedule you set, so a supplier who knows somebody is coming keeps working.
- **Same-day photo set on WhatsApp** — A photo set on WhatsApp the same day, timestamped, so a claim of "we are almost finished" has to survive contact with a photograph.

## What we don't do

We are not a quality engineering house. We will not run PPAP or FAI, and we will not write you a metallurgical report — if you need that, you need a certified lab, and we will say so. What we do is get a verified person through the door within days and tell you honestly what is there.
