## What we check

- **Trade registry and tax-number confirmation** — Trade registry entry and tax number confirmed against the details on the invoice or proforma you were sent.
- **Physical visit to the registered address** — Somebody physically stands at the registered address — the single check that separates a manufacturer from a website.
- **Does the site match the website and the photos?** — The site compared against the website: are these the machines in the photographs, or are the photographs from somewhere else entirely?
- **Who is actually there — owner, staff, or nobody** — Who is actually present — the owner, a workforce, a receptionist, or an empty office with a phone diverted to a mobile.
- **Signs of a broker posing as a manufacturer** — The signs of a broker posing as a factory: no production noise, no materials, no work in progress, and reluctance to show the floor.
- **Written report with timestamped photos** — A written report with timestamped photographs, so what you have is evidence rather than an impression.

## What we don't do

We are not a quality engineering house. We will not run PPAP or FAI, and we will not write you a metallurgical report — if you need that, you need a certified lab, and we will say so. What we do is get a verified person through the door within days and tell you honestly what is there.
