# Verify a Turkish supplier before you wire the money

**Service:** B2B & Supplier
**Typical turnaround:** 2–7 business days
**Price:** fixed all-in quote per task, approved before work starts
**URL:** https://myguy.tr/services/b2b-supplier

A website, a WhatsApp number and a good price tell you nothing about whether a supplier exists, owns their machines, or can hit your date. Someone has to walk in the door. That is us.

Turkish manufacturing is genuinely excellent, and Turkish manufacturing is also full of brokers with rented photographs. From a laptop in Manchester or Munich, the two look identical: a website, a WhatsApp number, an eager reply, a competitive price.

The difference only shows up in a room. Are there machines, or is there an office? Are people working, or is the floor quiet? Is your order on the line, or has it not started? Does the container hold what the invoice says? Every one of those questions has a physical answer, and every one of them is unanswerable from abroad.

We answer them, and we are structurally free to answer them honestly, because we make no margin on your goods. A sourcing agent who marks up the product has an interest in the order being placed. We do not. If the factory is a broker, we will say so, and the visit will have paid for itself before you sent a lira.

## What's included

- **Registry, tax number and address checks on the ground** — Trade registry and tax number confirmed, then a physical visit to the registered address to see whether it is a factory or a rented room with a sign.
- **Capability visits — machines, staff, work in progress** — We count the machines, the staff on shift and the work on the benches, and compare all three against what the sales email promised.
- **Mid-production checks so "next week" gets verified** — A visit while your order should be on the line, so a delay becomes a photograph instead of another "next week" on WhatsApp.
- **Pre-shipment count and condition before the container is sealed** — Cartons counted against your purchase order, packing and labelling checked, random units opened and photographed before the doors close.
- **Sample collection, inspection and courier to your door** — We collect the sample ourselves rather than letting the supplier choose which one you see, then courier it to you with tracking.
- **Trade fair and factory meeting representation** — We attend the fair or the meeting on your brief, shortlist what is worth your time, and report live from the floor in your language.

## Who this is for

- **First-time importers** — A supplier you found online wants a deposit and you have no way to check they are real.
- **Buyers with an order in flight** — Delivery has slipped twice and "next week" is starting to sound like a habit.
- **Anyone about to ship** — The container is loading in three days and nobody on your side has seen the goods.

## How the job runs

1. **Send the supplier and the question** — Company name, address, and what you actually need to know. Purchase order and specification if the check is about your order.
2. **We plan the visit** — Announced or unannounced, depending on what you want to learn. Fixed price agreed before anyone travels.
3. **We attend and report live** — Photographs and voice notes from the floor while we are still standing on it, so you can redirect us mid-visit.
4. **Verdict, in writing** — What we saw, what we could not verify, and whether we would send our own money there. Same day.

## What you receive

- Photographs and video walkthrough from the factory floor
- Machines, staff and work-in-progress recorded as observed, not as claimed
- A plain verdict — including "we would not proceed", when that is the honest answer
- Carton counts, packing condition and loading photographs on pre-shipment jobs
- Anything we could not check, named explicitly rather than quietly omitted

## Questions about b2b & supplier

**Can you do an unannounced factory visit?**

Often, yes — and it tells you far more than a scheduled one. Some sites will not admit a visitor without notice; when that happens we report the refusal, which is itself a finding.

**Is this the same as a quality inspection to AQL standard?**

No. We are not a certified inspection body. We count, photograph, compare against your specification and tell you what we see. If you need AQL sampling, a lab test or a PPAP file, you need an accredited inspection company, and we will tell you that rather than sell you something weaker.

**Do you take a commission from the supplier?**

Never. We do not source, we do not broker, and we make no margin on your goods. That is precisely why our report is worth reading.

## What we don't do

We are not a quality engineering house. We will not run PPAP or FAI, and we will not write you a metallurgical report — if you need that, you need a certified lab, and we will say so. What we do is get a verified person through the door within days and tell you honestly what is there.
